Session expectations

The activities per session will be pre-planned and advertised and these will be the sessions you pay for. Each session lasts for 2 hours, if you are late the session will still end at the planned time. I will not be offering food nor drink at sessions so please make sure you attend with this in mind. Depending on the venue there may be facilities to buy these but please check before attending.

Parents/carers are expected to stay with the child during a session and will need to be 18 years of age or older to do so. The child booked into the session is your responsibility.

Although we have endeavoured to mix up our crafts and activities over the months, we cannot promise that they will not be repeated.

When you book a session it will inform you of the crafts and activities for that session.

Safety during a session is one of the most important things to adhere to and it is expected of the parent carer to keep yourself, your child you are responsible for and others in the session safe. If I feel this is not being adhered to then you may be asked to vacant the session early which would be non-refundable.

Locations could be public areas and it is accessed at your own risk. As this is the case the sessions will not be in a private area and other members of the public could approach the area.

I will complete a risk assessment of the immediate area and bring any concerns to the attention of parents and carers.

Weather

I am happy to facilitate the sessions in most weathers as long as it is deemed safe to do so.

Light rain and wind would be suitable so please make sure suitable clothing is worn by both children and parents/carers.

In the event of heavy rain or high winds then the session would need to be cancelled unfortunately at short notice, in this situation I would allow you to rebook the session.

Bookings and payments

To book a session please use the contact link and I will send out a booking form. Once reviewed I will send bank details to you so the session can be paid for in advance

When booking a session you will be asked for personal information so I can contact you should I need to and so I know who has attended the session and who has not. All personal data will be kept confidential and not used for marketing purposes.

Cancellation

If you have booked but can not attend below is the refund details:

No show: No refund

Up to 3 days before: No refund

3-14 days prior 50% refund

If I cancel you can either request a full refund or book another date.

Facilities

There are toilets available to the side of ‘Zaks’ that you can access.
